Peer Review Process

The articles published in this journal have gone through a review process by reviewers from various institutions and adapted to their fields. New articles are given to reviewers after passing the editorial board to see if they conform to the format provided in the journal. The reviewer's assessment is carried out based on the content that is adapted to the science and methodology used. The decision whether the article is accepted or not is determined from the reviewer's and chief editor examination after the article is revised and returned by the authors. The letter of acceptance (LoA) will only be provided after the acceptance from editor. 

Publication Frequency

This journal is published three times a year, i.e., in April, August and December.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Jurnal Kultivasi will not tolerate any plagiarism. Therefore, Authors should check their articles through a plagiarism checker app. For example, the turnitin.com application or other applications. If an article is indicated as plagiarism, it will be rejected and will not be reviewed.

Publication Ethics

The publication of article in Jurnal Kultivasi refers to the publication ethics that must be followed by the author, editor, reviewer, and journal manager. Articles created, reviewed and published based on publication ethics are believed to be good quality. The following aspects included in Jurnal Kultivasi publication ethics are described below:

Author Ethics

1. The author should ensure that their work is original. Ideas and texts should be the results of one’s own work, not a replication of other works. Citation of reference source should be done properly so that it is not affected by plagiarism.
2. The first author listed in the manuscript should possess a background of expertise in accordance with subject areas of Jurnal Kultivasi
3. The author should guarantee that the manuscript to be published has not been published elsewhere, by both the author themselves and others.
4. Every author listed in the manuscript is involved in its writing process, not merely the inclusion of names. Every author should know and agree in the submission of articles to Jurnal Kultivasi to prevent conflicts of interest among authors.
5. Data displayed in the manuscript must be free of value, obtained with full honesty, and not be influenced by any party. The manuscript should not intend to product promotion.
6. The author should be able to complete manuscript revisions on time.

Editor Ethics

1. The editor should be objective in deciding whether an article is accepted or not. A manuscript should be judged based on its quality (according to the subject area of the journal, originality, and no conflict of interest is present) rather than the personal background of the author (ethnicity, religion, race, gender, or political views).
2. The editor should be able to guarantee the confidentiality of author data before the manuscript is published.
3. The reviewer should be chosen by the editor based on objectivity (according to expertise).
4. The editor should provide an appropriate period of time for a reviewer to complete their work.

Reviewer Ethics

1. The reviewer should be able to provide an objective review with no conflict of interest
2. The review should be completed their work on time in accordance with the deadline given by the editor.
3. The reviewer should be able to guarantee the confidentiality of author data before the manuscript is published.

 Journal Manager Ethics

1. The journal manager should be able to guarantee the confidentiality of the manuscript and author data before the manuscript is published.
2. The journal manager should provide information needed by authors, editors, and reviewers.
3. The journal manager should be able to publish journals regularly and on schedule.
