Jurnal Kultivasi is published by the Department of Agronomy, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran, in collaboration with the Indonesian Agronomy Association (PERAGI – Perhimpunan Agronomi Indonesia).

This journal is published three times a year: in April, August, and December. Jurnal Kultivasi publishes both research and review articles covering various subject areas, including agronomy, plant ecology, plant physiology, plant breeding, weed science, seed technology, post-harvest technology, soil science, and plant protection.

Jurnal Kultivasi was first published in 2000 with print ISSN 1412-4718 and has been published online since 2014 with electronic ISSN 2581-138X. The journal is managed under the Digital Commons (DC) platform and is open access, providing free and unlimited access to the full text of all articles.

The journal has been accredited by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Indonesia, since Volume 15 Number 1 (2016), and currently holds Sinta 2 accreditation. It is indexed in Google Scholar, Garuda, Sinta, Dimensions, Crossref and BASE, among other services.

Articles published in Jurnal Kultivasi are written in English. Manuscripts submitted by authors are initially evaluated by the editor to determine whether they meet the journal’s scope, follow the required format, and possess scientific novelty. The editor decides whether the manuscript is rejected or processed to the next stage. Suitable manuscripts are then assigned to reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area, who will recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection.

Review and publication take three to six months from submission.
