Jurnal Kultivasi
Jurnal Kultivasi publishes both original research and review articles. Manuscripts that meet scientific requirements may be considered for publication. Submitted manuscripts must be original, have not been published elsewhere, and comply with the journal’s writing guidelines. Editors reserve the right to make changes and suggest improvements in accordance with scientific norms and scholarly communication ethics. Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word on A4-size paper, with a length ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 words, and must follow the journal template. Manuscripts are written in English using clear, effective, and academic language. Manuscripts with improper English may be postponed or rejected based on editorial evaluation. In such cases, authors are required to submit a proofreading certificate along with the revised manuscript. The complete manuscript must be submitted to the editors along with a cover letter from the author. Submission files consist of the original manuscript, soft copies of figures/images, and other supplementary materials. An official acceptance letter will be issued once the manuscript is approved for publication.
Manuscript Preparation
The manuscript should be organized into the following sections:
Title
The title should be concise, clearly indicating the subject and purpose of the study, and include relevant keywords. Titles must be written in English, consist of 6–20 words, and use capital letters except for scientific names, which should be written in italics.Author’s Name
Authors must provide full names without academic titles, along with affiliation, institutional address, and email address, in accordance with publication ethics. For manuscripts with multiple authors, the order of authorship should reflect each author’s contribution.Abstract
The abstract is an informative summary describing the background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study. It must be written in English, with a maximum of 250 words, and accompanied by 3–5 keywords.Introduction
The introduction explains the research background, significance of the study, and states the research objectives or hypotheses.Materials and Methods (for original research only)
This section describes the time, location, experimental design, techniques, plant materials, and statistical analyses in sufficient detail to allow reproducibility. Established methods should be cited appropriately.Results and Discussion (for original research)
Results and discussion should be presented clearly and concisely, supported by tables, figures, and graphs where appropriate. The discussion should interpret the results and relate them to relevant previous studies.
Main Text (for review articles)
The main text contains the body of the review article and may be divided into subsections with short, informative headings.
Conclusion
The conclusion summarizes the main findings of the study and provides recommendations for future research.Acknowledgment
Acknowledgments should briefly mention sponsors or individuals who contributed to the research.References
Original research articles must include at least 20 references, while review articles must include at least 40 references, published within the last 10 years. A maximum of 20% of references may come from local sources. Only published books or scientific articles should be cited.

Two authors: Nurmala and Maxiselly (2014) or (Nurmala & Maxiselly, 2014)
Three or more authors: Nurmala et al. (2014) or (Nurmala et al., 2014)
