About This Journal

Padjadjaran Jurnal Ilmu Hukum (Journal of Law) (PJIH) is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, established in 1976 based on SIT. No. 061/SK/ Ditjen PPG/SIT/ 1976 of April 6th, 1976. PJIH has been accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia, Decree No. 158/E/KPT/2021 of 9 December 2021. PJIH is a member of Indonesian Law Journal Association (APJHI). PJIH mediates the dissemination of academicians, researchers, and practitioners in law from all over the world. It has 1 volume with 3 issues per year.

The objective of PJIH is to offer the highest quality research to the broadest possible audience. The Editorial aims to offer an academic platform for cross-border legal research. It includes but is not limited to various fields such as philosophy and theory of law, comparative law, sociology of law, international law, constitutional law, economic law, environmental law, criminal law, administrative law, cyber law, human rights law, and agrarian law.

The articles published in PJIH are going through a double-blind peer-review process. All papers submitted to this journal should be written in English. All submitted articles shall never be published elsewhere, original, and not under consideration for other publication. PJIH Editorial Board will screen plagiarism by using Plagiarism Detector Program. If the manuscript has been indicated plagiarized above 15%, the editorial board will automatically reject the manuscript immediately. The decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not will be the Editorial Board's right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.

The Editorial Board shall not be responsible for views expressed in every article.

PJIH only accept manuscript that has followed the author's guidelines and template. If the manuscript does not comply with the author's guidelines, and template will be rejected automatically before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.
