About This Journal

Several empirical problems in the sub-study discussed in this journal include regional politics and public policy, relations between religion and democracy, campaigns and elections, political economy, elections and political parties, and power relations and political communication. JWP (Jurnal Wacana Politik) uses an online system (Open Journal System), from publication to the publishing process. JWP (Jurnal Wacana Politik) invites authors from academics, students, bureaucrats, and NGOs to upload their research articles or literature studies. Each article is required to meet the standards of ethical scientific writing. Since 2024, JWP (Jurnal Wacana Politik) has had three issues in a year: January, May, and September.

Since it was published by Universitas Padjadjaran, which is technically managed by the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran, in October 2016, JWP (Jurnal Wacana Politik) is committed to publishing research results, both empirical and theoretical studies that raise political issues, especially in Indonesia.
